My delivery with number RS585659903CN is failed attempted delivery, what can I do about that? I need to change the address or to re attemp delivery

RS585659903CN arrived Dubai on May 18. You should go to Dubai Central Post Office and pickup the parcel immediately, otherwise it will be returned to China.
