On Dec 5,2017 I have ordered a product from AliExpress and the seller have send it by China Post Registered Air Mail with a tracking number RU803776965CN. But till today I didn't received the package and I have contacted the seller and told me that it is held by customs.Can anyone help me?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result “shipping notice received”. This means your seller applied a tracking number from China Post , but did not actually shipped anything.

You should open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund against fraud shipment immediately.

The seller told me that it was held by Indian customs and told me to open dispute. As advised by the seller I had open a dispute on aliexpress. Thank you for your reply
