Hello,

I ordered items from china to TAIF , KSA.

And at the tracking they are giving me the bellow message:
Addressee has P.O. Box/Addressee advised to pick up the item

So, Who to call or how to recieve the item?

you should contact your local Saudi Arabia Post office, the parcel is in their hand.

The same message is coming for my parcel too. The delivery address is in Riyadh. Could you please suggest which post office I have to go? Is Head Post Office. Where from you have collected your parcel?
I gave my full delivery address including my mobile number but they have not contacted me.

The delivery address is in Riyadh. Though I gave my mobile number too but they haven't contacted me. Kindly let me know where should I go to pick up my parcel? If it is in Post Office then which Post Office? Head Post Office or local post office?

The parcel is in the hand of Saudi Post who is responsible to deliver the parcel to you. Only they know where it is. You should call Saudi Post
