I'm infuriated. I've ordered a package on December 8th and was supposedly shipped on the 11th. I received a tracking# CX006027514CN and was told to give it 10 days before it would show up. Well, it is now 22 days since it has shipped and the tracking number still doesn't work. I feel as if I've been scammed.

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Unfortunately your parcel was never receive by China Post. In other words, your parcel was never mail by the seller.

2. Just open a dispute with the seller.
