In the website it says that the delivery has failed and that the order was sent back but I wasn't contacted by no one, by phone ou email. No notice was left in my mailbox.. And now?? Refund?? Package?

you need go to your local post office to stop return. if you can not stop return, open dispute to seller for refund.
