Hello China Post,

One question ?? My brother send 2 boxes to the Netherlands. Only one of them has arrived in the Netherlands. The second box with this number CP296995275CN is still at export customs scan since 06/07/2014 14:37 hours. Could you please check why it take so long...??? Because the first box was within 2 days send from export customs scan to the airline. Why is the 2th box soo long at export cutoms scan??? And could you please tell me when they will send it to the airline?

Please give me a answer !!!

CP parcel is surface parcel. it is very slow. so you need some patient.

CP is surface parcel which might be shipped by boat or truck. so it might NOT be sent to airline.
