Post Why did they lose so many packages?

Hello, I always order via dhl and other. Twice ordered via china post and both times they lose my parcels. Why and how is that happening? I know 1-8 october was holiday and also I know they have so much to do and all that. But why and how is that happening all the time? Where our packages finish if they dont come to our adresses?

Can I contact china post to find out what is going on?

I was a few days ago at my local post office and they told me that my package is maybe still in China or somewhere else but NOT in Croatia. So where it is? Flying all the time and they can't notice it? :/

Other was before. And thanks for help.

1. They are not responding to E Mail. Have tried contacting the seller and ask him to call China Post.

1. You did not provide Croatia Post info. Is there a hold up for incoming parcel from overseas. Are they scanning the parcel first before getting it to Customs or are they giving the parcel to Customs and after scanning it!
