Package shows out for delivery but who is the package being shipped through? Usps the tracking number provided isn’t working ,

https://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AS812386664CN shows the parcel was out for delivery on Mar 10. If you haven't got the parcel, you are very likely to be scammed.

Many users have reported scams related to such A***CN parcel.

Such A**CN is called China Post direct mail which does not have detailed delivery information. So you can't know who and where the parcel is delivered to. Many cheaters take advantage of this.

A typical of such online shipping scam is that the cheater sells an expensive product to you online, but shipped some junk to a wrong address in your country. The only reason is that he want the A**CN tracking number to cheat your money.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, actually you need to open dispute for refund. If seller has got similar complains from other buyer, paypal will issue you refund and block this seller's account.

How long should we wait to see if items will be delivered or u saying that this was a scam and we won’t get the items

To avoid this happening can the sellers be banned from scamming people

yes. You need report fraud to aliexpress,amazon,paypal and your credit card company. If many people report fraud against same seller, the credit card company will ban the seller.

You must be scammed. Many cheaters play the same game. They shipped some junk to a wrong address. Then use the delivery tracking result to cheat money from paypal ,amazon or credit card company. Please report fraud to your bank before it is too late.
