the tracking number is not a real tracking number. It is just a reference number from the agent. The parcel is not trackable in UK.

Pls could someone give me a number to contact China post on?
Also a website that's in English would be great as I don't speak any other language.
China post volunteer do you work for China post ? If so how do I get a letter headed for China post to send to Ebay as this is what they are asking me for now?
The letter need to say where my item is or that it's been lost or they don't know where it is.?
