I hope you purchased the goods from a big online marketplace like ebay, Amazon, aliexpress etc. If the item is purchased from a website which has no contact name, no company address and no phone number, it is very likely to be a scam. The reason is as following:

The tracking number A****CN is called China Post direct mail which is handled by some local private contractor and not delivered by Destination country's Post, so you can't know who received the parcel.

Many cheaters extremely love to use such A***CN parcel to cheat buyer. Their typical game is to sell some high value goods with extremely cheap price and ship some garbage to destination city(but not buyer's address). Then they tell paypal that they have delivered the goods to buyer and get money from paypal. So buyer normally feel quite difficult to claim money back. To make things worse, these cheaters might sell your credit card and personal information to other criminals.

Never buy from such scam websites or sellers.
