its been sitting there for over a month why does it take so long for you guys to process a simple package

shipping to canada might take 60 days, after the parcel left china post sorting warehouse(going to customs), the status will freeze for 2 to 6 weeks, it does not mean the parcel is lost, it is on the way to canada.

well another month gone by and my package is still sitting in the same place as before. makes me wonder why i ever buy from outside my boarder
