Hi I'm just wondering if my package left or was it returned again at the security again? If so should I open a dispute cases

you can track your parcel in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php. It will show you latest result about your parcel.

If you can not track any update for 50 days and has not got your parcel either, you need open dispute.
