My package says it was a failed to deliver, what's going on??? My tracking number is LY428376720CN

USPS.com shows Your item was returned to the sender on July 23, 2018 at 10:19 am in POMONA, CA 91766 because it could not be delivered as addressed.

you can contact USPS and see if they can stop the return. If USPS can not help you, you can not get this parcel anymore.
