When I try to track my parcel it says no information available for this item.

ZC45154453299 has no shipping record. The seller didn't ship you anything.

It is a bit weird cos the seller (Alibaba seller with very good reviews) sent me a pic of the delivery note with the China Post logo and correct address.

if the seller is from Aliexpress , it should be OK. No shipping record might caused by following reasons:
1)The seller printed shipping label, but has not given the parcel to China Post yet. You can wait a couple of days and see if the parcel is really shipped.
2)The seller gave you wrong number. You need to ask seller to verify if the number is correct or not.

This is confusing cos the China Post Logo (your logo) is clearlily visible on the deliverly note. You never handle ZC parcels so?

The seller made the good/wrong decision ? to ignore my attempts of providing me more info about my parcel status. Alibaba will refund me.
A tip I can give is to refuse ZC parcels "shipping methods". No possibility to track such parcels.
