I ordered this 1 month ago and nothing has posted on the tracking page keeps saying no info is this a fake number and i got scamed?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=ly843660743cn shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
