I've no notice about this from the 19th of March and also DHL GERMANY they don't know anything about! Should you help me pls?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO844263807CN was delivered by Germany Post(DHL paket) on Mar 19. You need call Germany Post for delivery detail.

Yes I've also read the same thing from the tracking online page! But I've wrote on the first topic that DHL don't know anything about my parcel. So?! What should I do now?
