Hi, someone can help me? Please!

My package left China since April 7, but I haven't any information of the package.

Since April, all my packages were delivered to normal delivery time (Epacket and China Post Ordinary).

So the truth I don't know exactly the shipment method, I just know it was sent by EMS.

This is the tracking number: BZ011859079CN

BZ011859079CN is EMS, but it seems to have some problem. You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel.
