My package RA534362753CN is shown to have the same status for the past 5-6 weeks. When do you think it will be arriving to the US? Thank you.

The best I could find is this:

2016-02-22 00:33,Leave the "Shanghai Pudong" routes
2016-02-22 00:27,Reach the "Shanghai Pudong",
2016-02-21 14:29,"The Shanghai Exchange Bureau" has been exported,
2016-02-21 09:26,"The Shanghai Exchange Bureau" has been exported open,
2016-02-20 11:13,Leave "pudian road post" next stop "Shanghai King Kong"
2016-02-20 11:05,"Pudian Road branch post office",
2016-02-20 08:22,"Pudian road post" you've got mail,

Must be a problem with USPS or US Custom.

This is what I found for you on Brunei Postal Service Department:

RO038814217CN Receive at Destination Mail Processing Centre 25-02-2016
RO038814217CN Send to Post Office Branch 25-02-2016

You should call Brunei Postal Service Department.
