I have 2 packages that have been sitting in a customs-controlled warehouse since December 5th!!! I have already opened a dispute with the seller and it has been escalated with customer service. I know they haven't left china because USPS still hasn't gotten a scan from them that a package is arriving to the US with those numbers!!

Why are they still sitting there and any idea of when/if they will move!?!?

they should be delayed by rush season. If your buyer protection is expiring, please open dispute. Otherwise keep waiting.
