What does "Beijing EMS regional branch of Eastern Qi Ying voted on from the processing centre of the Department, sent to the Beijing Postal Center (aviation)" mean?

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say they meant that your package was processed in a regional Beijing Post Office (or something like that) and was sent to the sorta main Postal Office/Center.

P.S. Again, I'm only telling you how I interpreted this message and might be wrong.
