I bought a laptop from eBay on the 3rd of March. I just found out that China Post doesn't ship laptops. Is there anyway I can get my laptop another way???

you can ask seller to ship the goods through private courier company. Some people say DHL,UPS has cargo service which allows laptop. I can not guarantee it is true, but it deserves to check.

The package is already being shipped through China Post. Is there any way for the seller to somehow change the method of shipment? If not, could you please let me know where my item is? The tracking number is: RG138047495CN

No way. If your laptop was detected by china post safety officer, it will be destroyed or rejected. Your seller should not use China Post register mail to ship the goods. open dispute to ebay.
