Post Two packages not moving - why?

I am trying to track two packages, with the following numbers:

LK195311723CN

LK205309528CN

The first one has not moved in nearly a month, and the second has not moved in 10 days. What is going on?

due to US customs delay, ePacket parcel now needs about 4 to 6 weeks to reach US receivers. you need some patient.
