Guys, it is normal for packages to be "lost" in every mail service. Usually they are returned to the sender after some time. For example someone sent me a parcel from a post office in my city, with the correct details and te parcel was returned to the sender after a month. I never got notified and was in constant communication with the sender. A 1% rate of "lost parcels" with the amount of mail that goes through China is excellent trust me.However I think that this delay is a concurrent event that should be resolved. It happens every year why don't they try to find a solution?

1. those other mail services tend to have tracking though. if an item doesn't move or update within a week, you tend to know something is wrong.
2. Everything doesn't seem to dissapear in customs never to be seen again.
3.Those service don't have you wait saying "4-6 weeks, it's normal" only for you to wait for months to never receive your item.

It's one thing to loose a package, another to loose MANY packages(just look at the forums), and another thing to loose a package, but a customer never know that the package is lost/stolen until 2 months or so later. ALLLLLL of these things combined = smh
