I ordered a patio set 8 weeks ago and if tracking it still says on route ,how long will it be on route .sure be nice if it ever shows up at my house sometimes ,where can I find out where it is ,,,came from singapor tracking number rp339421413sg......

ok this is the only one that says that only problem that usps does not deliever items like I ordered .to big for them ,when I talked to them yesterday they said if its to big sometimes they send it back to original country ...I hope not

I got that too ,so I'm hoping it shows soon it be very disappointing not to get it .the seller wont answer my emails too.

well it has been 10 weeks now I guess I can write my order off aand go and get it elsewhere very frustrating ughhhh

1. Have you contacted USPS service?
2. Here is a link of USPS:

3. Also this is the link I'm tracking your parcel:

4. Maybe they will be able to tell you were is your parcel, possibly also it's to big and heavy to be delivered by them? Don't forget to give them the above tracking link. They just have to enter your tracking number.

5. The only way to find out is to contact them by phone or by E-mail. Other then that, I don't see anymore solution.

thanks for ur help and yes I talked to them and I was told if its to big they will ship it back without notifying me .....also apperantly to them my tracking number just goes to a certified letter delievered to a differend address and state ,so I'm afraid that it might was a scam even so it says everywhere its on route or out for delievery .so I have no clue what is going on .

1. Maybe it's a good timing to contact the seller and ask him what is going on?
2. If no respond try to open a dispute to get your money back.
