Hello Team,

I'm expecting a parcel with the tracking ID - RH033196225CN.
It was received by China Post on 15 Dec 2014 and then went for the Customs and Security Scan on 16 Dec 2014.
Since 16 Dec 2014, there is no further update and the status for the same has been stuck to Export Security Scan.
It's been more than 2 weeks now. Could you please provide an update and a tentative date of delivery.
Kindly act fast on the same.

now is rush season. you need some patient. the parcel should arrive before end of Jan.

Is there any way to expedite the parcel delivery at an extra cost? It'll almost be a month now, but no change of status.

If you want sooner, use express mail or courier.
