Hello. What is the status of my shipment, please? I have tracking number UJ266896977CN issued about 30 days ago. Thanks

UJ266896977CN was shipped from Dongguan to USA on April 5. It is still in airport waiting for flight space to USA.

this kind of tracking number starting with U is called China Post ordinary small parcel. This is a very slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

thank you very much for the informative and prompt reply. I am very grateful. Is there any way of knowing approximately how long I will have to wait? Or can I pay extra to upgrade from "ordinary small parcel" to EMS or epacket? Thank you

Unfortunately you can not upgrade such U parcel to ePacket or EMS. such parcel is very slow. If you are lucky, they can arrive in about 30 days. If not lucky, it might take half year to reach your country.
That is why we never recommend people to use such U parcel unless you only care about price not time.

ok, thanks. The shipper / seller did not give me any options and did not explain how long it might take.
