Its a jersey so maybe but it passes through customs I thought in Montreal then got shipped to Dartmouth

You need to contact Canada Post and ask where your item is. For all you know it's sitting in a warehouse in Dartmouth and waiting for some action from you.

I called Canada post twice and they said China post has to start the inquiry because it origanated with them. And I do not appricate you attitude. What action am I going to do.

If CANADA POST can not help you to find the goods, you should open dispute and claim refund from seller. Seller should be responsible for the delivery problem.

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress, you can open dispute and force seller to response. if they don't response, you will get refund.

RJ562000273CN has not arrived into Australia. Is it possible to track whether the item is lost? Or still on the way? Thanks
