Post shipping to Canada

I am glad you guys enjoyed your holidays. But I absolutely hate being lied to, you post that packages have left for the destination country, when there is no way that they have even been put on the plane. Because no plane can stay airborne for a month. So is there any way I find out where my package actually is. and when it will actually be on it's way. RL065857061CN

if you can not get the parcel 40 days after payment date, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress/paypal. no other solution.

CNFOCA,China, International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada
Where is RL065857061CN the tracking number basically tells me that you still have it and as the shipper should take better care of customers. and actually send it when you say you are. Where is my package not where do I go for refund I don't want a refund I want my package.

My opinion is that is has left China. The timeframe is still within normal range. Don't worry so much about the tracking, just keep waiting another week or 2.

I am getting extremely frustrated, its only a remote controlled truck I ordered for my son. But I ordered it in January the company didn't ship it until the middle of February. Now as we are hitting the middle of March I am going out of my mind trying to get this thing and their telling me its still in china blaming the customs. The status has not changed since the 17th of February. I have gotten other thins that I ordered in February, but this truck it feels like trying to import an actual car. By the looks of it this truck has had quite the tour around China, I should have ordered one with a camera. My sons birthday is on Monday, WTF am I going to do I need this thing now.

does the truck have battery inside? If yes, it will be rejected by safety officer. battery has caused some fire accident in airplane and banned by china post since last year.

I order things that come with batteries all the time. Every single E-cig / vaporizer pen you guys ship is a battery. I got a car camera DVR about a month ago they all have batteries. The RC helicopter I bought my son for Christmas they all have batteries,My razor, cellphones, tablets, laptops, video game remotes. The remote for the color changing led light bulb has a battery. I have even ordered rechargeable batteries. That would be a good way to go out of business, if you stopped shipping all of these items. Your service would be cut back to letter mail. Oh shit some cards even have batteries. I would say it's been nice knowing you but the experience or service has not been all that pleasant.

If that is the case, should the tracking number not post something to that effect. To warn the buyer that they will not be getting their purchase. So that they can start the refund process from the seller who is most likely already aware of these rules and knows that they will just be getting their package back, so it doesn't matter what they stick in the mail as long as it has a battery. Using you to defraud their customers.

if the parcel was rejected, its status will stuck in customs scan or security scan forever. you should open dispute and claim refund asap.
