Hello. Where is my package currently and when will it be leaving China. Tracking number is RM637876857CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel is still in Zhengzhou. It should transit to Beijing or Shanghai first, then goes abroad. This might take another week.

It will take a week to travel to a new city or a week to get to the United States?

it needs one week to Beijing or Shanghai to catch international flight.

The package is just being opened and dispatched in the same place. Is this normal? is it being sent back to the seller?
