Hello, I shipped a package to China on the 21st of January (So exactly three weeks ago) via USPS

Tracking number is LC449024706US

The problem is i can't track the number on the USPS website so I have no clue what they're doing with it, It says the parcel has not been received by China Post yet. What do you think I should do at this point because I'm expecting to get a refund from a seller as soon as they receive the parcel.

http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php will show some tracking information about your parcel. However, the status updating is very slow. Usually it does not show any delivery information even the parcel has been delivered.
