Where is my letter ????
4 days ago you wrote that the my letter arrived in Nanning and will be soon delivered !!!

What is this for a poor and slow service that China Post customers are confronted with?

Today is Saturday the 6.04. 2019 nearly 6:00 in morning, I am curious if China Post will be able to deliver this letter today, particularly why the letter is now 3 days on the way from Nanning to Liuzhou or does China Post needs other 5 or more days to do their duty as a postman like it is normal in other countries.

China Post proves itself more and more as an incompetent Post service provider and Express Couriers become more and more a reliable competitors.

You give also wrong statements to the Post in Germany:
"The shipment reached the delivery area in the destination country China, People's Republic on 03.04.2019"
I ask you again, where is the letter ??? Do you bring the letters by bicycle from Nanning to Liuzhou ???

It's a shame for such a progressive economic country with such a lousy slow snail mail service.

RT179689508DE just arrived china post office in 邮政柳州市广场路 . It should be delivered today or tomorrow. If you are in a hurry, You can go to that post office to pickup your mail.

China is not like western country, many places have no accurate postal address. This made Postal parcel delivery in China very very difficult and slow. I hope China government will improve the address management in future, but now you can do nothing but accept it.
