it says 'security check returned'. it happens twice and i still don't receive my parcel. the items are watches. can you tell me why is this happening and will i receive my parcel?

recently many watches are rejected for safety reason if battery do not pass UN38.3 test. Your watches are rejected for many times, I believe your seller did not pass the battery test. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
