I sent an item to China which use China Post as a delivery service. The receiver missed the delivery and the parcel was sent to a self collection point. However, the receiver does not want to do self collection. Is there a way to arrange for a second delivery? I do not live in China and calling their customer service will incur international fees for me. There is no online customer service either. My tracking number is RC741748653SG. Please help

RC741748653SG arrived China Post office in Suzhou (阊门营业部). Your receiver do not want to get this parcel. The parcel was returned to post office in 阊门营业部. You need ask receiver to pickup the parcel asap. Otherwise it will be returned to Singapore soon.
