Hi sorry to bother you again I have just spoken to dhl post they claim my packet has not left china and is not in germany can some 1 please help me with this problem some one and some where has my packet it can't just disappear this is very confusing tracking number is LZ924911876CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code= LZ924911876CN shows the parcel was shipped on Oct 12. you can not see new status until parcel passes Germany customs. this might take 7 to 30 days.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by Nov 12, open dispute for lost parcel compensation.
