I have posted twice so far and they keep disappearing I to have had the same status say departed guangzhou bit this is 2 weeks ago with no parcel tracking update is there any help that can tell me any update on packet LZ924911876CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ924911876CN shows the parcel was shipped from china to Germany on Oct 14.

You can not see new status until parcel passes Germany customs. The import processing in Germany can take 7 to 30 days.

You need wait some more time.

Ok so now there is no tracking update for 20 days I've had 2 orders made a week later and they have been received but still no update on this packet please can you help to reassure me that this packet is at least in germany and I'm receiving the packet or not

LZ924911876CN left china on Oct 15. Normally it should have arrived Germany customs long time ago. You can not see new status until Germany customs releases parcel to Germany Post.

Releases or has the packet I've had no news if they have the packet will they I form me if packet is destroyed or taken from me

Hi again my packet has still no further news it says the same now for 25days do you think I should ask for a refund from the sitewhere I purchased the item. You have said yourself on my reply that it should of been in germany along time ago. I have received many items which were ordered even a week later. Please can you tell me if it's time to get worried . Tracking item LZ924911876CN

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not see new status by Nov 12, then open dispute for refund.
