Post Questionable Tracking #

It's been over 35days since my package was supposedly sent to me. I was finally provided with the following Tracking number BJYW1970745. Not an id that seems to be recognized by any online tracking systems. The vendor says the package was sent via China Post. They also claim they we're advised by the post office, I quote: "parcel arrived at your country, but there have a overload in the post office"

The seller is via eBay and they are asking for more time. I think 35days is more than enough since I've received other packages that we purchased well after this particular item. My question is based on this Tracking number BJYW1970745. Should I just start a claim with eBay? Unless someone can find this ID as credible.

Thanks

BJYW1970745 is not china post tracking number. it should be a mock number. you should open dispute to ebay. read this : http://track-chinapost.com/?p=686

This looks like a Yanwen Express tracking number, but it doesn't come up in their site: http://track.yw56.com.cn/en-US/

I'd just open a claim.

Thanks for the replies. Both very helpful. Looks like this might be another one to add to the watch out for list.
