I ordered RD423122096CN at the end of January.
According to tracking information, the item has left Beijing on January 30th.
The shipping time is 20 business days (4 weeks) by the latest and now it's way past that time.
I would like to believe that the tracking information does not lie but I'm having doubts now.
I messaged the seller a week ago and they tell me to wait a bit more but for how long they didn't say.
In case my item doesn't arrive around next week, how do I file a dispute?

RD423122096CN should be delayed by holiday rush. please wait one more week, if it can not arrive by March 13, you should open dispute.
