I sent a package from USA to Guangzhou on Dec 1,2015 it was supposed to be delivered on the 9th of December we are now January 13th and the last update was on the 7th of December and its states that the package is being processed by China Customs . I got in touch with USPS and they said that customs in Guangzhou was holding the package because the address and phone number were invalid and that I needed to contact them in order to provide them with the correct phone number .the number they provide was 12360/020-3817422
I tried calling that number and it did not work I called +020 381 7422 and someone answered but no one spoke English so they hung up on me

Can someone please help me so I can give them the correct number before they ship the package back

china customs does not have English customer service. so you should ask someone who can speak chinese to help you.
