http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY092439538CN was sent to Shanghai airport on April 29. It is still in Shanghai waiting for airline space to USA.

As I mentioned before, coronavirus has cancelled most airline between China to USA. you will have some serious delay. please be patient.
