Dear Sirs,
according to Your tracking system my reshipment to 2F in Guangzhou item-No CY582465758DE is currently " presented to import Customs" since 2/21/2024 .

How can we proceed this parcel to the intended receiver?

presented to import Customs means the parcel is waiting for receiver to make import customs clearance and pay duty. Did you write receiver's cell phone number in the parcel? If yes, China Post will send that cell phone a customs clearance text code to make import clearance by cell phone APP.
