Hi

Need help finding out what happened to my package. It's been 12 days since the latest update and I'm beginning to wonder what happened. Tracking number is RI804758420CN

Here is a screenshot of the tracking results using your tracking service:

shipping to canada might take 30 to 40 days. you need wait another one or two weeks.
