Post Package to Canada missing?

A package was sent to me (Toronto, Canada) on December 2.
Your site says "Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared" on December 3.

It is now more than a month later and I haven't seen any update. Canada Post says that it has not reached Canada. Can you please tell me where this package is? It is taking so long.

Delivery to Canada can take also as much as 60 days.
Tracking last updates when parcel leave China, then only when your local customs checks the package you'll see a status update.
