Hi, i ordered a pair of rings for me and my girlfriend january 17 2015.
I paid extra for epacket shipping, and when i track it, it says that it is in hangzhou and "despatch from sorting center" on january 27, 2015, and since then there has been no update but it is now february 5 2015. These rings were supposed to be a gift and they are very late. My tracking number is LN689533132CN

you need wait one more week, if still no arrival, open dispute and claim refund from seller.

Everything is fine, but if it's high value shipment and time sensitive, then you should use courier for peace of mind and speed.
