Hi, my item (LK357507518CN) has 10 days that was dispatched from sorting, and haven't got any update since then, can I please have more info about it, if it arrived o what?

you need wait at least one more week to get new status. be patient.

Ok, so there's nothing that I can Know about it till that.

Nobody? how long should it took from " dispatched from sorting" to another update? nothing new since Feb. 4.

Hello, my parcel RF008234908CN was shipped to Canada on January 31st and there is no change in the tracking since the 3rd of February. Where is it?

the parcel should be in china. now is holiday time, moving and processing is slow. you might need to wait one or two more weeks.
