hi, my tracking number is : RJ725646151CN the last event on the tracking tool says that my package was shipped by air from hangzou airport on the 1st of april but since then I have not received any updates. Is my package still in transit ? thanks

1. Are you sure that your parcel was not delivered or a card given to you to go and pick up your parcel?
2. If I'm asking, it's because I'm getting a Date / Time :2016/04/22 - 09:21
on Canada Post site.
3. If your parcel arrive in Toronto or Montreal, I guess it is OK.
4. Your parcel is puzzling me. Oh and by the way I'm Canadian.

Ok Then I suspect your parcel is in Canada, possibly at Customs.
I don't know which place Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver.

If your parcel puzzle me, it's because most of the time as soon as it goes through this: Chinese Exchange Bureau" has been exported.

Canada Post will have that date into their system.
But your is different because the date is 22 April 2016.

Sorry if I bug you about your parcel, was trying to figure out if possibly Montreal or Toronto was faster then Vancouver.

There is a big hold up in parcel in Vancouver like 4 to 6 weeks maybe more.

Again sorry to have disturb you.

hello , ordered carbon handlebar on Aliexpress! Tracking say its in "[Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou] export opening"... Its been there for one whole day now.... what does it mean? is it on its way to singapore now? if not why my status not updated? will it update again? most importantly want know what does "[Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou] export opening" mean... hope to hear from administrator soon! thanks!
