I am living in Fenyang, Shanxi for the year. I recieved many packages just fine at the beginning of the year. Then starting in December they stopped arriving, though my two friends using the same address have recieved many packages.

I figured they were simply lost and there was nothing important so I didn't pursue it very hard. Now I really need a package and it also seems to be lost somewhere.

The tracking number is LC384499039US and it was sent two and a half weeks ago (all other packages have arrived in about 10 days)

From what I have read this is a number that cannot be tracked once in China? Do you have any suggestions of other ways I could look for my package. Is there a local China Post number I could call and see if my package is there. Perhaps they were unable to deliver it? (I live on a school campus)
