Post Package not showing update for 23 days

LY830880676CN - this one has last update on 12th OCT. NOT sent to USA for 23 days now. Should I assume this is lost as max time waiting for flight space to USA should not be more than 20 days ?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY830880676CN shows the parcel was shipped From Hangzhou to USA on Oct 12. it should be seriously delayed.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Nov 12, open dispute for lost parcel.
