Tracking NO: LN735064408CN

Not sure if it was because of the holiday season or what, but my package arrived at the sorting center on Feb. 14th and was "despatched" at the same exact time, and has not moved since, and it's been nearly a month since I've made the purchase which was estimated to be delivered in 11-18 days. I'll contact the seller, but I was wondering if I should open a dispute, or if I should wait a little longer for holiday delays to catch up.

it should be delayed by holiday. wait 2 more weeks, if not arrive, then open dispute.
