I was able to track my package (CP398364601CN) and see that it made it out of China and and into the US November 29, 2019 but now it still says in transit and I'm not sure who to contact now or where my package could be seeing that it's been over two months since it supposedly left Shanghai, China. Any ideas how to track this package down?

CP398364601CN was returned to shipper's address in Shanghai 静安区 on dec 7,2019. You can not get this parcel in future.

If this is an online purchase, you need open dispute for refund.

This was a package I shipped as I moved out of China in November. So basically this package was just returned to my old address???

We only know CP398364601CN was returned to shipper's address in Shanghai 静安区 on dec 7,2019. If your old address is in Shanghai 静安区, then it should be your old address.

You can ask your friend in Shanghai go to your old building and see if the management accepted the return for you.
