Hi,

My package shows it left the Guangzhou customs 2 weeks ago and it has been in transit since. I would like to know normally how long would it take to reach Canada and so when can I expect it by?

Hi, it happens the same to me. The package arrived to Buenos Aires, Argentina on January 8th, 2016, and I never received it. Can you help me? The Tracking number is: RO621909393CN. Thanks,

your parcel is in the hand of Argentina Post. You should contact them to pickup the parcel.
